When we founded Bates Air & Heat, we made a commitment to build something that would mean more to this community than a reliable HVAC call. We wanted to be a company that invested in people, supported local causes, and used the platform of a growing business to do something genuinely good.

Supporting 4-H and the Next Generation
One of the causes closest to our hearts is the 4-H program, and our involvement goes beyond writing a check. Every year, Bates Air & Heat proudly sponsors the 4-H auction, an event that directly supports the young men and women in our community who are learning the values of hard work, responsibility, and leadership through hands-on agricultural and life skills programs.
We show up to this event because we believe in what it represents. The kids who participate in 4-H are not just raising animals or completing projects. They are developing character. They are learning what it means to commit to something, follow through, and take pride in the results. Those are values we recognize deeply, because they are the same ones we bring to every job we do.
